A2 bi-metal stainless steel TEK screws with a low-profile pan head, ideal for use where a low-profile concealed finish is required. The bevelled edge of the head helps prevent the head from snagging on any sliding parts. These screws are bi-metal, which means they have a hardened carbon steel point brazed to a stainless body and head. The carbon steel point helps give superior & accurate drilling characteristics every time.
PLEASE NOTE: Although these have a carbon steel drill point which will drill through steel, the body & thread is A2 stainless steel and as such these screws are only recommended for use in Aluminium substrates.
