Our company is seeking a full-time Trade Counter Associate to be the friendly face of our business, providing exceptional customer service to those who visit our trade counter, answer phone inquiries, and efficiently pick and process orders from our website. Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist customers at the trade counter with their inquiries and orders.
Answer incoming phone calls and provide information and assistance to callers.
Pick and process orders from our website accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized trade counter area.
Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional customer service.
Follow company policies and procedures for order processing and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, trade counter, or similar roles preferred.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Good computer skills.
Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Schedule:

This is a full-time position, offering 40 hours per week 08:00 - 17:00 Monday - Friday with no weekend shifts.
